Payment
All prices are in USD and payment is expected in full before an item can be shipped.
This site uses Squarespace's Commerce function to take and process orders, and the payment processor is Squarespace Payments, which accepts payments from all major debit and credit cards, wallet payment methods, bank debits and transfers.
Please note, you may be charged additional fees from your bank for international orders.
+ Order Processing
Upon receiving payment, your order will ship within 1 – 3 business days, except for pre-orders, expected delivery times are noted on the listing.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
We take our packaging seriously and err on the side of over-wrapping the artwork to minimize the chances of damage during shipping. All framed artwork is wrapped using Glassine paper, cardboard corner protectors, cushioning wrap, and snugly set in a sturdy cardboard box. We aim to use sustainable, biodegradable, recyclable / recycled packaging wherever possible. Reused packaging material may also be included to minimize our impact on the environment.

ARTWORK
All orders ship from Virginia, USA to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Please note that delivery times listed below are only estimates, actual transit time may vary depending on your location. A tracking number and corresponding link will be attached in the confirmation email sent to you once your order has been shipped.
If you need faster service or would like to use another carrier, please contact us prior to placing the order. Additional shipping costs will apply. See section on Lost or Damaged Packages below for insurance information.
Artwork is shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority Mail International, UPS Worldwide Expedited or DHL Express Worldwide or FedEx International, depending on the best rate available at time of shipping. Carbon-neutral shipping is always selected where available.
Unless otherwise noted, there is free domestic shipping for all United States orders, and a base flat rate of $40 for international purchases (for the first artwork, thereafter +$10 for each additional item).
Expected Delivery Times :
United States : 1 - 3 business days.
International : 6 - 10 business days to many major markets.
For extra large or delicate artwork, we work with art handlers and crate builders, please contact us for a crating and shipping quote.
GREETING CARDS
Greeting cards are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS First-Class Package International Service. Please select the (CARDS ONLY) shipping option during checkout.
Domestic shipping is $5 for the first pack of cards (+$3 for each additional pack). International shipping is $10 for the first pack of cards (+$5 for each additional pack).

United States : 2 - 5 business days
International : 7 - 21 business days
+ International Customs and Duties
All international packages will be classified as 'merchandise’ on customs declaration forms. Please be aware that international packages are subject to customs clearance and in cases where customs processing is slow, delivery can take up to 6 weeks.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties / tariffs and/or taxes. You are solely responsible for any customs duties or additional taxes that may be charged at the time of delivery.
+ Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, it may be held up in customs, so please be patient. In the case of a lost package, please contact your local post office for assistance. If the package has been tampered with or is obviously damaged due to mishandling by the shipping carrier, be sure to document the damage before opening the package to serve as evidence in order to file your claim with the post office.
JUDiTH+ROLFE will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of artwork while in transit.
Per USPS, domestic Priority Mail shipments containing merchandise are insured against loss, damage, or missing contents up to $100 at no additional charge, and Priority Mail International shipments include up to $200 of insurance.
UPS is liable for loss or damage, at no extra cost, for up to $100 for each domestic package or international shipment.
If you would like to purchase additional insurance or would like to use a different carrier, please contact us prior to placing the order. Additional costs will apply, and a signature may be required at time of delivery.
+ Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us for any reason, for example, if the wrong address was provided, you will be notified by email. A refund will not be issued. You are responsible for the costs associated with re-shipping the package to the correct address.
+ Returns
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of the work and because this is a small business, all sales are final. Please be sure to read artwork / frame descriptions, dimensions, and shipping info carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns and/or exchanges are not accepted.
In the unlikely event you receive the wrong or defective artwork (with the exception of damages incurred during transit), please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. The artwork must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 days in order to process a refund. We will pay for return shipping expenses in this case.
Color of the artwork may vary from what is shown online due to monitor settings; color discrepancies will not be considered an acceptable reason for a ‘defective’ refund.
